About the role

YouShift is building the AI-native workforce operating system for healthcare. The Founding BDR will build the outbound engine, engage healthcare leaders, and help shape go-to-market strategy in a hands-on, early-stage role reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Research physician groups and health systems, and build a point of view on each account before outreach.
  • Engage Operations leaders, Medical Directors, and healthcare executives through personalized outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify opportunities and hand them off to the sales team.
  • Run experiments on messaging, sequences, and targeting, and keep the ones that work.
  • Use Attio, LinkedIn, Apollo, and AI assistants to do the work of a larger team, and flag repetitive processes for automation.
  • Bring feedback from calls to shape go-to-market strategy and outbound playbook.
  • Help write the outbound playbook for future hires.

Qualifications

  • Native or near-native English.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Based in New York City, or able to relocate before start date.
  • Genuine comfort speaking with senior executives, with ability to ask insightful questions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ownership of own pipeline.
  • Resilience for outbound in healthcare with a slower feedback loop.
  • Curiosity about how healthcare organizations operate.
