About the role

Account Executive role at Clearest Health, a YC-backed startup delivering revenue recovery for out-of-network healthcare claims through a contingency, data-driven approach. Full-cycle sales with a focus on activation and pipeline development, reporting to Head of Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle outbound: cold calls and emails from data-generated lists, discovery, demo/economics walkthrough, proposal, close. Cycles 2 weeks to 3 months.
  • Own activation as part of the close: chase the BAA, billing-system access, first claim batch; hand off to ops when claims are flowing.
  • Keep an honest pipeline: HubSpot hygiene, forecast, next steps and dates.
  • Work the whole buying committee: win owner on economics, office manager on workload, biller on outcomes.
  • Feed the machine: identify objections, conversions by specialty, and provide feedback to marketing.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years full-cycle B2B sales with receipts, including quota attainment and deal sizes
  • Sold into physician practices or healthcare providers
  • Outbound-native with self-sourced pipeline
  • Technical enough to talk EOBs, out-of-network claims, and contingency math within 60 days
  • Startup-calibrated: able to operate with minimal SDR support and independent prospecting
