About the role

JETSET Pilates is a modern, music-driven Pilates brand. Studio Leads are the heartbeat of the studio, driving member growth, delivering exceptional client experiences, supporting instructors, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales & Retention: Build relationships with prospective and current clients, communicate value of JETSET experience, convert inquiries, follow up with leads, support sales initiatives, create a welcoming experience, monitor member activity, partner with GM to achieve goals, maintain lead/sales/member notes.
  • Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences: Greet/check-in clients, answer questions, solve problems, build relationships, provide a five-star first-visit experience.
  • Support Positive Studio Team Culture: Support instructors, communicate schedule updates, cover shifts when needed.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Manage front desk and studio cleanliness, answer phones/emails, process sales/memberships/packages, maintain client records, process retail, support opening/closing, follow policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience recommending specific services or products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Passion for health, wellness, and helping others
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Previous customer service or front desk experience is preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency with technology and comfort learning new systems
