About the role

JETSET Pilates is a modern, music-driven Pilates brand redefining the boutique fitness experience. Our Studio Leads are the heartbeat of the studio—creating exceptional client experience, supporting our instructors, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales & Retention: Build genuine relationships with prospective and current clients to understand their goals and recommend memberships or packages; communicate value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries, intro offers, and studio visits into memberships; follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in-person; support sales initiatives, promotions, and events; create a welcoming, personalized experience; monitor member activity and re-engage at-risk clients; partner with GM to achieve membership, retention, utilization, and revenue goals; maintain accurate lead, sales, and member notes in studio systems.
  • Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences: Greet and check-in clients; answer questions and solve problems; build meaningful relationships; deliver a five-star first-visit experience
  • Support Positive Studio Team Culture: Support instructors before/during/after class; assist management with schedule updates and announcements; cover shifts as needed
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Manage front desk, lobby, and studio cleanliness; answer phones and emails; process sales, memberships, and class packages; maintain client records in booking/CRM systems; process retail sales and restock inventory; support opening/closing duties and ensure policies followed

Qualifications

  • Experience recommending specific services or products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Passion for health, wellness, and helping others
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Previous customer service or front desk experience is preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency with technology and comfort learning new systems
