About the role

Hands-on, execution-focused marketing role supporting social media, email marketing, CRM management (Zoho CRM), customer communication, SEO, and performance reporting for U.S.-based clients. Remote contract position with LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management & Community Engagement: manage content calendars, publish content, maintain brand presence, engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, identify engagement opportunities, monitor performance and provide insights.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or related role.
  • Experience managing social media content, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Experience executing email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing customer information and activities within a CRM.
  • Experience supporting multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience communicating directly with customers through digital channels.
  • Experience supporting basic SEO or website optimization initiatives is preferred.
