- Drive AI enablement into the business: lead the team deploying agents and internal AI tooling, building connectors to internal systems, and establishing guardrails and enablement.
- Partner with business and systems owners: collaborate with Finance, People, GTM, Marketing, Customer Experience, Legal, and Workplace to translate problems into scoped engineering work and know when not to build.
- Establish engineering standards: define practices for writing, testing, deploying, documenting, and monitoring; scale without adding unnecessary process.
- Anchor BizTech in EMEA: provide senior BizTech presence in Dublin and stay aligned with US stakeholders.
- Make build-vs-buy calls: evaluate configuration, vendor, integration, or custom code with cost, security, and maintenance in view.

- Hands-on depth in a modern language (Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar) and experience designing and operating API-based integrations between business systems.
