About the role

Harvey's Legal Engineer - Product Specialist in Korea acts as the face of Harvey in Korea, advising law firms and in-house legal teams on leveraging Harvey’s AI solutions. The role sits in post-sales, collaborating with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to drive adoption, expansion, and renewals, and translating Korean legal practice needs into product feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with law firm and in-house legal teams in Korea and guide integration of Harvey's AI into daily practice.
  • Design and lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and ongoing enablement programs to maximize platform value for Korean-speaking professionals.
  • Act as a strategic partner to CS and AE teams to identify expansion opportunities and support renewal efforts through demonstrated impact and engagement.
  • Proactively surface obstacles to adoption, engage users with thoughtful questions, and develop strategies to overcome them.
  • Translate legal practice needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams to shape development from a Korean legal perspective.
  • Contribute to customer-facing content for the Korean market (training materials, use case guides, FAQ resources) to support ongoing success across practice areas.

Qualifications

  • Korean legal qualification (변호사 자격) or equivalent with 3+ years of experience as a qualified lawyer at a top-tier Korean or international law firm.
  • Fluency in Korean and English, with the ability to operate in both languages professionally.
  • Executive engagement skills and presence; ability to build credibility with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Outstanding presentation skills for both legal and executive audiences, including demos and whiteboard sessions.
  • Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges, and curiosity about AI’s potential in the legal industry.
  • Sales or customer-facing experience, including law firm business development and/or secondment, is a plus; experience managing law firm client matters and relationships is beneficial.
