About the role

Senior leadership role leading strategic, safety-focused AI delivery for government, frontier labs, and large tech partners. Focus on safe, trustworthy, and audit-ready AI systems, across AI safety, evaluation, and red-teaming initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Leading strategic accounts across AI frontier labs, hyperscalers and government entities to build long-term partnerships focused on robust AI safety, evaluation, and red teaming.
  • Designing transformation programmes that integrate advanced AI evaluation methodologies, auditing frameworks, and technical standards directly into mission-critical operations.
  • Partnering with senior client leaders to translate complex safety, governance, and technical AI concepts into actionable strategy and impactful programmes.
  • Overseeing delivery excellence across cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and delivery leads to ensure high-stakes projects succeed.
  • Developing commercial strategies and proposals that expand our work across safety-critical domains while meeting ambitious growth goals.
  • Championing thought leadership by sharing insights on AI safety frameworks, emerging risk evaluation, and industry standards with senior stakeholders

Qualifications

  • You bring deep expertise in AI safety, auditing, ethics, or evaluation methodologies, developed through time in government, research labs, or tech-forward environments.
  • You are delivery-focused and technically credible, with a track record of translating complex AI and data-oriented concepts into clear strategies for technical senior leaders.
  • You have a proven track record of building trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and navigating strategic commercial conversations with confidence.
  • You excel as a collaborative leader, capable of inspiring multidisciplinary teams and bringing together technicians and delivery leads toward a shared mission.
  • You possess an entrepreneurial mindset, with the curiosity and drive to identify emerging opportunities and solve ambiguous, high-stakes challenges.
  • You are adaptable and outcome-driven, bringing the strategic vision needed to help partners navigate the rapidly changing AI safety landscape.
