About the role

Lead/Senior Product Manager to own shared capabilities powering Welltech’s app portfolio (YogaGo, Muscle Booster, WalkFit) with end-to-end ownership from onboarding to personalization and content systems, on a new shared tech stack. You’ll drive large-scale product innovation and high-velocity incremental features, collaborating with marketing and engineering to ship value at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own the moment that matters most — the onboarding and activation experience across YogaGo, Muscle Booster, and WalkFit — as all three relaunch on a brand-new shared tech stack.
  • Build it once, make it great everywhere — define reusable, shared foundations for welcome experience, content discovery, and personalization across apps.
  • Turn hunches into proof — design and run experiments focused on activation and reactivation, measuring actual impact.
  • Reimagine how content gets discovered — create modular, quick-access experiences that meet users where they are.
  • Grow a team that grows with you — manage and mentor a small product team and partner with marketing and engineering leadership to ship ideas.
  • Prototype before you pitch — build working prototypes, AI-assisted where helpful, to test ideas before engineering implementation.

Qualifications

  • A proven track record building and scaling direct-to-consumer, mobile-first products (retention-focused).
  • Experience working alongside performance marketing and aligning product to marketing needs.
  • Track record of shipping features that measurably moved activation, engagement, or retention.
  • Sharp communication and stakeholder instincts for cross-functional alignment with marketing and engineering.
  • Comfortable with AI tools to turn rough ideas into tangible concepts.
  • Background in scale-up or startup environments with speed, experimentation, and metrics.
