About the role

Meta seeks a client-centric, relationship-focused Client Partner to drive strategic planning, operational rigor, and revenue growth for top advertisers in Korea. The role emphasizes building executive-level relationships, cross-functional collaboration, and a consultative sales approach to achieve long-term client success on Meta platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic account planning to drive step-change investment growth
  • Cultivate executive relationships externally and horizontal relationships beyond core marketing teams
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business growth opportunities across apps, gaming, and e-commerce verticals
  • Manage complex workstreams end to end, and remain agile on client accounts
  • Serve as the escalation point for client-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven track record in sales/marketing roles within app, gaming, or e-commerce industries (from either the client or platform side) with demonstrated ability to unlock new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Experience working within app, gaming, and/or commerce ecosystems with knowledge of industry dynamics, monetization models, and key stakeholders; direct gaming background not required
  • Experience communicating progress of strategic initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, synthesizing feedback and adjusting plans accordingly
  • Strong data-driven thinking with ability to leverage data and analytics to develop insight-based hypotheses and make strategic decisions
  • Experience collaborating, communicating, and influencing internal and external stakeholders including cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data science)
  • Understanding of client’s business, industry, competition, company priorities and marketing budget; ability to define success metrics and set goals for joint partnership objectives
  • Capacity to master Meta products and integrate with client products/systems to drive long-term big bets with clients
  • High-level fluency in business and technical English and Korean (verbal and written)
