About the role

Program management role focused on hardware NPI for gigawatt-scale AI data center products (rack, gear, and power conversion) from kickoff through rate production, coordinating cross-functional teams and gate reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Own the program schedule, stage gates, and cross-functional execution for a product family (rack, gear, or power conversion) from kickoff through rate production.
  • Run risk and dependency management across design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, surfacing top risks early.
  • Facilitate gate reviews and readiness scoring, and hold the line on what kills a pass.
  • Broker escalations and decisions between engineering and delivery to move long-lead items forward within days.
  • Build program schedules that hold up even when designs are uncertain, with explicit assumptions and decision dates.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of technical program management of hardware NPI at an OEM, ODM, or hyperscaler, running programs from kickoff through stage gates to rate production.
  • An engineering degree and enough technical depth to hold design reviews honestly.
  • Experience making hard calls on slipping programs (cut scope, slip the date, or spend to recover) and explaining costs.
  • Experience handling DVT-stage component changes against a 20-week lead time and conducting fast, data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to build credible program schedules under uncertainty and identify which uncertainties to force to a decision.
  • Experience tracking risk across 5+ workstreams with tooling and judgment, surfacing meaningful risks.
