About the role

Product Manager responsible for how Anthropic's model safeguards, fraud defenses, and compliance posture show up on multi-cloud surfaces (Amazon Bedrock, Google Cloud Agent Platform, Microsoft Foundry). Owns multi-cloud strategy, partner-facing controls, and cross-cloud collaboration with Safeguards, Inference, Policy, Security, Legal, and engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Model Safety Across Clouds - Own the multi-cloud strategy and roadmap for safeguards — data retention, automated review, human review, and enforcement — designed to fit each partner's operating model
  • Design product experiences and operations paths for managing eligibility criteria, verification paths, and the controls attached to differentiated capabilities for higher-trust organizations
  • Build threat-intelligence sharing with AWS, Google, and Microsoft so misuse is detected and acted on consistently across surfaces
  • Drive our transparency commitments to customers and partners on data access, review, and enforcement
  • Fraud & Abuse - Own fraud and abuse defenses for partner-sold offerings: bot and mass-registration abuse, pre- and post-sale risk controls, and chargebacks where the partner owns billing
  • Define the fraud signals we exchange with each cloud partner and turn them into product requirements that influence growth initiatives
  • Cross-functional Leadership - Engage with enterprise security, risk, and compliance leaders to translate requirements into roadmaps
  • Be Anthropic's product counterpart to trust & safety, security, and compliance teams at AWS, Google, and Microsoft
  • Work with Safeguards, Inference, Policy, Security, Legal, and multi-cloud engineering to ship coherent controls across three clouds
  • Partner with sales and partnerships to support enterprise evaluations where data-handling and safety requirements are decisive
  • Collaborate with marketing and partner teams on external positioning of safeguards

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience
  • 5+ years of product experience in platform product roles on high-scale, enterprise- or developer-facing software
  • Operate with high autonomy in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a track record of executing across teams and organizations
  • Excellent written communication and ability to drive clarity out of complexity
  • Fluency in policy nuance and systems detail, able to explain tradeoffs to lawyers, engineers, GTM teams, and partner executives alike
