About the role

Two Integration Specialists needed on the Fury production line at Arsenal to own end-to-end resolution of build errors/nonconformances, review drawings and CAD data, create NCRs, and drive process improvements while working on the line as a hands-on technician.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned Fury build operations per work order and standard work, maintaining quality and pace on the line.
  • Cover stations during absences, surges, and critical-path builds; maintain qualification on the stations you support.
  • Respond to production calls and own the rework/disposition loop end to end — from NCR creation through redlined work instructions, ME approval, corrective work, and final quality buyoff.
  • Review engineering drawings and CAD data to confirm requirements and deviations; draft redlines and corrective instructions for ME approval.
  • Disposition recurring nonconformances with established fixes; escalate novel or engineering-authority items to MRB / Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Monitor build flow across stations, identify bottlenecks and WIP build-up, and recommend sequencing changes to keep the line balanced.
  • Develop and maintain standard work documentation; improve workstation layout, tooling placement, and material presentation.
  • Execute and support functional and acceptance test procedures for aircraft systems including hydraulics, fuel, and landing gear.
  • Onboard and cross-train technicians on station standard work, safety, and quality expectations.
  • Share 6S, FOD, and tool-control duties on the line.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial Engineering to translate floor observations into actionable process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Manufacturing floor experience in aerospace assembly, aircraft integration, or similar large-scale mechanical/electrical build environments.
  • Strong blueprint reading and ability to interpret engineering drawings and CAD data.
  • Hands-on experience with nonconformance processes, rework execution, and quality inspections.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot build issues on the floor and drive them to resolution.
  • Familiarity with quality management standards (IPC-620, IPC-A-610, or equivalent).
  • Comfortable working with cranes, hoists, PPE, and in a 6S/FOD-controlled environment.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Clearance
