About the role

Hands-on builder within the Supply Chain Program Development team who designs, documents, and deploys compliance processes to operate in a defense environment, translating regulatory and contractual requirements into clear, executable workflows and leading deployment and change management.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end process development for compliance initiatives—from interpreting requirements to delivering documented, deployed, and adopted processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, compliance, or process design within aerospace, defense, or another regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement new processes from concept through deployment.
  • Strong facilitation and requirements gathering skills, with the ability to work through ambiguous problems with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, high-quality documentation habits, and persistence in driving issues to resolution.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
