About the role

High-impact role supporting the Head of Operations for QRS, with responsibilities spanning workforce planning, facilities operations, executive communications, and cross-divisional project delivery to enable growth and scale within Anduril's Quality, Reliability, and System Safety organization.

Responsibilities

  • Workforce Planning: Own staffing infrastructure for QRS — headcount planning, recruiting coordination with Talent Acquisition, demand/supply forecasting, and charge code governance. Build tooling and processes for efficient resource allocation as the organization scales.
  • Facilities Operations: Manage QRS’s physical footprint across multiple facilities, including neighborhood management, space planning, and seating coordination for organizational growth.
  • Executive Communication: Produce weekly leadership updates, monthly operations meeting content, and cross-divisional reporting to keep QRS leadership informed.
  • Special Projects: Own operational projects end-to-end—from definition to implementation—tackling ambiguous problems with minimal prescription.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, internal strategy & operations, or a business analyst role (experience in a high-growth tech environment or starting a venture strongly considered).
  • Ability to translate operational problems into data problems and execute on them.
  • High ownership, low ego, outcome orientation, and humility.
  • Self-driven and relentlessly proactive; capable of balancing multiple tasks and responding to communications as needed.
  • Comfort communicating broadly to large groups and senior leadership; excited by structured problem frameworks.
  • Aptitude for rapid learning and assimilating new information in unfamiliar subject areas and technologies.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with comfort in Excel or SQL.
  • U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
