About the role

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to support Government, International, and Commercial contracts, overseeing the full contract lifecycle and ensuring compliance, risk management, and optimized performance.

Responsibilities

  • Execute contract management throughout the life of each contract.
  • Complete contract review and acceptance.
  • Oversee and prepare contract proposal planning and management and support preparation of proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
  • Assist in identification, development, and implementation of new contract policies and processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive contract documentation and compliance records.
  • Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with government and company requirements.
  • Provide program managers and executives with contract briefs during the life of contracts.
  • Provide guidance on ASDEFCON requirements and other regulatory considerations.
  • Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with internal/external customers.
  • Provide contractual guidance and risk mitigation strategies for contractual and business obligations.
  • Negotiate complex contractual terms with government agencies, prime contractors, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant contract management experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, government, or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian Government contracting including ASDEFCON, CPRs, and/or DSPF experience.
  • Experience with full life cycle contract management for various types of contract agreements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities; reputed as someone who gets things done.
  • Australian citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 security clearance.
