About the role

Director level role responsible for architecting and executing a comprehensive people strategy for executive client groups, leading a team of People Business Partners, and driving organizational performance, transformation, and culture in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and own the end-to-end People Strategy for your executive client group, aligning with goals and long-range business plans.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to the executive team, providing insights on organizational effectiveness and future workforce needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of high-performing People Business Partners.
  • Drive organizational design and transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and strategic agility.
  • Influence and shape business strategy with a integrated people perspective, identifying talent opportunities and risks.
  • Design, implement, and lead large-scale change management initiatives for critical business transformations or acquisitions.
  • Design and deploy complex workforce planning models for hyper-growth and leadership bench growth.
  • Champion a high-performance culture with leadership development programs, executive coaching, and performance management philosophies.
  • Leverage advanced people analytics to drive data-driven decision-making at the executive level.
  • Forecast and identify critical future talent needs by integrating with business strategy and roadmaps.
  • Develop and evolve executive and critical talent development strategies, including bench planning and high-potential programs.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Proven success in architecting and scaling people strategies in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Experience building and leading high-performing People Business Partner teams
  • Exceptional executive presence and ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
  • Deep expertise in organizational development, change leadership, strategic workforce planning, executive talent management, and advanced people analytics
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L implications of people decisions
  • Strategic systems thinker with ability to balance high-level strategy with tactical execution
  • Outstanding communication and conflict resolution skills
  • U.S. Person status (required) for access to export-controlled data
