About the role

Software Engineer to work on cloud infrastructure, edge software, and geospatial data within Anduril’s Terra team. Design and implement capabilities for Lattice in the cloud and at the edge, collaborating across business lines to deliver scalable geospatial platforms and tooling.

Responsibilities

  • Build data ingestion pipelines that process large geospatial datasets
  • Create a platform that lets users access geospatial data
  • Build edge software that enables high performance offline access to geospatial data
  • Collaborate with other Lattice service teams and Anduril business lines to design and build solutions that meet the needs of all business lines

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years working with a variety of programming languages such as Go, C++, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Rust, etc.
  • Experience with industry standard cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Kubernetes, CI/CD and GitOps tools, and software infrastructure fundamentals (networking, security, distributed systems)
  • Have experience working with customers to deliver novel software capabilities
  • Love building platform and infrastructure tooling that enables other software engineers to scale their output
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
