About the role

UI-focused, product-driven fullstack role at Pasito, building AI-native UI experiences for an insurance/benefits platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own complex, state-rich UI systems
  • Design and build rich editing and collaboration experiences using ProseMirror / Tiptap and Yjs
  • Build AI-native product experiences—integrate AI and LLM-powered workflows into the UI (rich-text, data-dense, collaborative environments)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Sales, and Client teams
  • Continuously improve systems by refining patterns and defining what “great” looks like as the product and team scale

Qualifications

  • A UI-first, product-driven engineer with 3+ years building complex web applications
  • Strong focus on interaction quality, performance, and intuitive, trustworthy interfaces
  • Strong technical judgment; balancing innovation vs. stability
  • Comfort operating across the stack with frontend and user-facing systems
  • Enjoys close collaboration with product managers and designers
