About the role

BCBA position in Santa Fe, NM with Sun and Sage ABA. Part-time with potential to move to full-time, on-site, flexible daytime hours. Provides mentorship, paid indirect time, and a supportive environment focused on individuals with autism and developmental needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Work directly with clients and model strategies for technicians and caregivers
  • Collect and analyze data to guide progress
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals
  • Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing clinical reviews
  • Maintain documentation that’s ethical, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant

Qualifications

  • credentialed BCBA in good standing
  • passion for helping individuals with autism and developmental needs
  • strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection
  • great communication skills and a collaborative attitude
  • commitment to ethical, culturally respectful care
  • completion of New Mexico's background check registry
