About the role
Learning Experience Creator focused on turning product knowledge into engaging, findable learning content across formats (docs, tutorials, videos, interactive experiences) to enable self-serve success and high CSAT.
Responsibilities
- New documentation and learning content: create help articles, FAQs, tutorials, and getting-started paths at volume using AI-native tools.
- The content lifecycle: maintain freshness across product launches, perform updates, retire stale content, and ensure consistency with product.
- Learning experiences across formats: written content plus short-form video, microlearning, interactive courses, walkthroughs, GIFs, and in-product tips; select formats per need.
- A content calendar built for effectiveness: plan topics and release sequencing to maximize impact.
- Findability: ensure content is easy to discover via clear titles, tags, and structure; support AI-assisted findability.
- Engagement and outcomes: measure reader feedback, findability, completion, self-serve resolution, deflection, CSAT; adapt calendar and craft based on data.
- A recognizable voice: maintain a consistent, human tone across docs, learning, and video.
Qualifications
- A portfolio of documentation, tutorials, courses, or product education across at least two formats with written content included.
- Strong writer capable of making complex topics clear, engaging, and warm.
- Storytelling across media with hooks, pacing, and memorability for written, video, and interactive formats.
- Capability in short-form video creation and comfort with AI-assisted workflows.
- Builder mindset: experiments, data-driven iteration, and willingness to take calculated risks.
- Fast to learn a product and communicate technical concepts to non-developers.
- Outcome-minded with focus on real results (deflection, activation, self-serve success, CSAT).
- Collaborative and able to partner across a small, fast team.
