About the role
Product-minded, full stack engineer at Clad, a YC-backed project management software for infrastructure. You’ll build and influence all aspects of the product, shaping code, UX, and business direction.
Responsibilities
- Build out every aspect of Clad's product across the stack
- Shape product direction and team composition
- Code, QA, and ensure features work for customers
- Collaborate across functions to own features end-to-end
Qualifications
- 5+ years of runway (startup experience)
- Experience with full stack development (TypeScript/React)
- Strong ownership and ability to talk to customers, define product, sketch UI, model data, write code, and QA features
- Business thinking and willingness to act as an owner
- Learning and teaching mindset
