About the role

Senior FP&A Analyst responsible for financial performance of a portfolio of clinics, forecasting, reporting, gross margin optimization, and acting as a finance partner to clinic owners and Practice Success Managers. Focuses on AI-powered automation, P&L improvements, and scalable finance processes within Finni Health.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for forecasting and financial-performance questions across a portfolio of clinics.
  • Build and maintain clinic-level projections; prepare monthly reporting with variance analysis and commentary.
  • Identify key drivers of utilization, revenue, and cost; surface trends, anomalies, risks; translate into actionable insights.
  • Produce and own recurring practice-owner payment calculations and payment runs; ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Reconcile owner payments to clinic P&L performance and underlying data; investigate/discrepancies.
  • Document and standardize payment methodology to scale with onboarding of new clinics.
  • Analyze gross margin and COGS at clinic and service-line level to identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Quantify margin impact of proposed changes and track realized improvement.
  • Partner with Practice Success Managers to drill deeper into clinic analysis and own clinic outcomes.
  • Act as trusted financial advisor to independent practice owners; explain financial concepts plainly.
  • Drive actionable improvement plans from problem definition through execution and measurable results.
  • Use AI coding agents to build financial models, reports, and automations; work in GitHub with standard software development workflows.
  • Automate manual work; identify and ship improvements for faster, scalable reporting and forecasting.
  • Document, measure, and improve P&L processes as the business grows.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or similarly analytical role.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets financial-modeling skills; solid grasp of the three financial statements and their connections.
  • Experience building with AI agents; basic working knowledge of GitHub, Python, and software development fundamentals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
