About the role

Community Lead responsible for introducing JETSET to new markets, building local relationships, and creating experiences that inspire people to join the community. Works with General Manager to drive local partnerships, events, social media, and member engagement from pre-opening launch to post-opening growth.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-Opening | Launch the Market: Build relationships with local businesses and wellness partners, plan activations and events, support On The Mat community classes and guest experiences, capture leads, create local social content with marketing, generate opening day excitement.
  • Post-Opening | Grow the Community: Develop partnerships to drive referrals and memberships, support local events and ongoing engagement, collaborate with General Manager on membership growth and studio goals, follow up with prospective members, deliver exceptional in-studio member experience, assist front desk operations and maintain a welcoming studio environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, fitness, retail, events, marketing, or community engagement
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for health, wellness, and boutique fitness
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive problem-solving
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and community events as needed
