About the role

Graduate analyst program at Zopa with a structured training programme, four placements, and rotation through Analytics teams. Hybrid London location with a fixed start in 2027, clear interview process, and early ownership on projects.

Responsibilities

  • Take real ownership from day one – using data to investigate problems, test ideas and recommend improvements to our products, customer experience and business performance.
  • Build technical skills using cutting edge tools and techniques
  • Turn data into insights and communicate these to stakeholders across functions and levels
  • Rotate through four placements and complete a project for each during the graduate training programme
  • Contribute to Credit Strategy, Product Analytics, Data Science, and Risk Lab initiatives as part of the Analytics teams

Qualifications

  • Numerically confident – comfortable working with mathematics at A-level complexity
  • Analytical – able to break down complex challenges, apply logic and make thoughtful judgements
  • Naturally curious – keen to ask questions, explore data and understand how things could work better
  • Excited by technology – interested in learning tools such as Python and SQL and exploring how AI is changing the way we work
  • Ready to Dream Big – curious and ambitious, willing to challenge existing thinking and make progress even when the answer isn’t obvious
  • Prepared to Own It – willing to take initiative, take responsibility for outcomes and follow things through
  • Motivated to Win Together – collaborative, open to different perspectives and focused on achieving great outcomes with others
