Contract Recruiter to support GTM roles at Crusoe, partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to drive end-to-end recruiting across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, RevOps, and Partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, Sales and Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, RevOps, and Partnerships, from mid-level through director
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders as a strategic advisor, not just an executor
- Build and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach into various talent pools
- Run intake sessions, structure interview processes, and design role-appropriate technical and customer-facing assessments
- Screen for the blend of technical depth and customer-facing skill these roles require, and calibrate the bar with hiring managers early
- Conduct candidate interviews, provide timely updates, and lead compensation negotiations
- Manage a high-volume, high-complexity req load independently with minimal oversight
- Keep pipeline data, notes, and status current in the ATS so leadership can see progress without asking
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, mostly in GTM, across several functions such as Sales, Sales/Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, or Revenue Operations
- Track record of hiring quota-carrying and customer-facing roles, plus a good grasp of how GTM teams are structured and measured
- Proven ability to run senior and hard-to-fill searches from start to finish with limited support
- Strong sourcing skills, including passive candidate outreach through LinkedIn and other tools
- Ability to assess what makes someone successful in different GTM functions, from commercial acumen to technical fluency to customer empathy
- Experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders, including hiring managers at director level and above
- Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
- Skilled in salary and equity negotiation
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed hiring goals
