About the role

Senior FP&A Analyst role within UiPath's Corporate FP&A team, focusing on financial planning, investor relations analytics, and strategic finance with exposure to M&A evaluation, capital markets communications, and top-line performance modeling for a public SaaS company.

Responsibilities

  • Help design and maintain a long-term financial model projecting UiPath's future fiscal year top-line metrics, including ARR movements (new business, expansion, contraction, churn) with board/investor-suitable sensitivity analysis
  • Build and refine SaaS valuation and benchmarking frameworks (ARR growth, NRR/DBNRR, Rule of 40, magic number, CAC/LTV) to support IR messaging and peer comparisons
  • Support M&A activity including target screening, financial due diligence, accretion/dilution and synergy modeling, and integration of acquired ARR/revenue streams into forecasts
  • Create and implement forecasting methodologies across top-line models adaptable to inorganic growth and changes in business mix
  • Analyze KPIs related to product and sales performance, develop analyses to translate metrics for equity analysts/institutional investors
  • Prepare board decks, earnings materials, and IR presentations, ensuring numbers translate into external narrative on a monthly/quarterly cadence
  • Own QA on all board-level and external financial communications, ensuring consistency between internal models, public disclosures, and transaction materials
  • Partner with Corporate Development, Treasury, and Legal on deal-related financial analysis as M&A opportunities arise

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, investment banking, equity research, corporate development, or transaction advisory
