About the role

Support engineer role focused on incident handling, technical problem solving for UiPath on-premises and cloud services, with opportunities to develop AI agents/robots for support automation and contribute to knowledge base and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Provide incident response and technical issue support to business partners and clients for UiPath on-premises products and cloud services
  • Lead hypothesis formation of problem causes and align with internal stakeholders to deliver optimal client solutions
  • Technical verification related to UiPath products
  • Develop and operate AI agents/robots to support support activities
  • Write publicly accessible knowledge base articles
  • Coordinate with overseas development teams on issues and resolutions
  • Plan, design, and deliver overall technical support operations

Qualifications

  • Windows application fault analysis experience (Sysinternals, WinDbg, memory dump analysis)
  • Experience decoding network logs (packet captures / communication logs)
  • 3+ years software development experience in C/C++, .NET, Java, Python
  • Experience in software product support (SaaS/cloud products; experience with LLM / generative AI products preferred)
  • Native-level Japanese language ability
  • Business-level English ability (reading English documentation, collaboration with global product teams)
  • Information engineering/science or related degree
