About the role
Executive Business Partner to support Gimlet’s executives and leadership in a fast-paced startup environment, coordinating complex schedules, communications, travel, and cross-functional initiatives from the San Francisco office.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel in alignment with company priorities
- Triage communications, draft polished responses, and ensure timely follow-up
- Serve as a trusted liaison across the executives you support
- Anticipate needs, resolve conflicts, and remove operational friction
- Track commitments, decisions, and action items across the leadership team
- Improve administrative workflows and create systems that enhance executive effectiveness
- Coordinate leadership meetings, company events, offsites, and other important moments
- Represent Gimlet with polish and professionalism in communications with investors and external partners
Qualifications
- Experience supporting multiple executives or senior leaders in a startup, venture firm, or other fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional interaction with investors and external partners
- Sound judgment and discretion with confidential or sensitive matters
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt quickly
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with follow-through
- Comfort bringing structure to ambiguous situations
- Ability to work on-site in Gimlet’s San Francisco office
