About the role

Growth Engineer responsible for owning the Acquisition & Activation Funnel and the full MarTech stack, driving data-informed growth experiments and product improvements in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Funnel: end-to-end Acquisition and Activation funnel—from Landingpages through Signup and Onboarding to first value moment.
  • Experiment & Ship: identify bottlenecks using data, develop hypotheses, and independently ship experiments, new flows and features to improve conversion and activation.
  • Own the Growth Stack: manage tracking and MarTech setup—from product analytics and attribution to CRM, lifecycle automation and integrations.
  • Turn Data into Product: analyze user behavior and funnel data and translate insights into concrete product improvements.

Qualifications

  • Data & Product Analytics experience with ability to analyze funnels, derive hypotheses from data, and identify relevant metrics.
  • Frontend & Design implementation quality, with pixel-perfect production delivery and strong UX eye.
  • Proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Node.js (NestJS preferred) in a SaaS product.
  • Experience with Growth Experimentation, A/B Testing and Conversion Rate Optimization, data-driven decision making.
  • Familiarity with modern Analytics, Attribution and MarTech stacks; able to set up and evolve tracking, events and integrations.
  • German as a native language and fluent English.
  • Ideally Data Science experience, e.g., building Predictive Models for CLTV.
