Responsibilities

  • Originate and shape exceptional executive communications that span a wide array of written and rhetorical formats and platforms
  • Work cross-functionally with External Communications colleagues and other subject matter experts to drive consequential communications moments that serve strategic goals
  • Support senior leaders in developing their areas of communications focus and in their preparation for major communications moments
  • Balance a collaborative ethic with a strategic point of view

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of high level executive communications experience, ideally at a high-tempo, industry-shaping organization
  • Exceptional writer and communicator — both on the page, and in high-stakes, fast-moving environments
  • High agency and low ego
  • Comfort and experience in supporting senior leaders
  • A point of view on how forces of change are reshaping traditional communications disciplines, including executive communications
  • Strong operational capabilities
  • Self-driven with a bias to action
  • Excellent judgment and instincts in navigating ambiguous situations
  • Epistemic humility while making informed decisions
  • Open and curious mindset to deeply understand technical concepts
