About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Deployment Lead for the Counter Intrusion Business Line. The role focuses on orchestrating deployment of Anduril’s flagship hardware and software products in support of customer missions, growing business through customer success, shaping products to meet mission needs, and collaborating across internal teams to ensure mission success.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the deployment of Anduril products. Lead the planning and deployment of hardware and software products in support of customer missions. Train end users and ensure high product performance. Monitor customer interactions to improve UX and operational tactics; coordinate with product teams to address issues.
  • Grow your business through customer success. Own commercial targets, build trusted partnerships, articulate Anduril’s value from executive to end user, and identify future opportunities where Anduril technology can impact customers.
  • Shape our products to meet mission needs. Work with customers to understand challenges and collaborate with engineers to shape products solving national and international security challenges.
  • Collaborate across nearly every Anduril team (business development, engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, technical operations, etc.) to deploy complex hardware and software and ensure engaged and informed stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • This role is directly tied to an ongoing, funded program within Anduril's Counter-Intrusion Business line.
  • Candidates should be comfortable briefing all levels of government personnel from operators to senior officials on system capabilities and updates.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% in and around the southwest border.
