About the role

FDSEs work directly with customers to understand their problems and design/implement data-driven solutions using Palantir platforms. Roles involve end-to-end project ownership in small teams, on-site and hybrid collaboration with customers, and broad exposure to technologies and domains.

Qualifications

  • Strong engineering background, preferred in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to solve technical problems using data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other tools.
  • Experience or interest in working with large-scale data to solve business problems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar.
  • Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to learn independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites; travel 25-50% preferred, may vary by team/location.
  • Fluency in German
  • Security clearance or ability to obtain a clearance.
