About the role
Palantir’s in-house Legal team provides proactive legal support and the Legal Operations Specialist acts as the initial point of contact for operational questions, coordinating with Legal stakeholders and driving workflow optimization, processes, and systems to scale the Legal team.
Responsibilities
- Execute legal operational workflows and procedures as a first point of contact, looking for ways to continuously improve and drive efficiency
- Support execution of legal requests, including coordinating approvals, signatures, documentation, and other operational follow-through
- Manage and triage incoming requests and correspondence for the Legal team, ensuring items are appropriately prioritized, routed, tracked, and resolved
- Scale the operations, systems, and ongoing innovation of the Legal team in partnership with existing Legal Operations leaders and teammates
- Craft and implement processes to reduce friction and enable team members, leaders, and business counterparts to spend time on what they do best
Qualifications
- 3+ years of operational experience, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic legal team environment
- Experience with technical tooling and data analysis project management software
- Meticulous attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and diligently tracking key project metrics
Skills
Required:Operational experience in legal/enterprise environmentProject management and process optimization
