About the role
Legal Operations Specialist at Palantir, based in New York, NY, alternating hybrid work model. Primary role: act as initial point of contact for operational questions, execute workflows, streamline processes, manage projects, and scale Legal operations in collaboration with the Legal team.
Responsibilities
- Execute legal operational workflows and procedures as a first point of contact, looking for ways to continuously improve and drive efficiency
- Support execution of legal requests, including coordinating approvals, signatures, documentation, and other operational follow-through
- Manage and triage incoming requests and correspondence for the Legal team, ensuring items are appropriately prioritized, routed, tracked, and resolved
- Scale the operations, systems, and ongoing innovation of the Legal team in partnership with existing Legal Operations leaders and teammates
- Craft and implement processes to reduce friction and enable team members, leaders, and business counterparts to spend time on what they do best
Qualifications
- 3+ years of operational experience, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic legal team environment
- Experience with technical tooling and data analysis project management software
- Meticulous attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and diligently tracking key project metrics
