About the role

Analyst and builder within Betterment's Revenue Operations team focused on forecasting, revenue planning, executive reporting, and building scalable data models and tooling, with an emphasis on AI-enabled processes and end-to-end reporting and QBR execution.

Responsibilities

  • Build and continuously improve our reporting engine end to end, from data models and infrastructure to reporting and forecasting rhythms
  • Own QBR processes, including analyses with large datasets and presenting findings to go-to-market leadership
  • Contribute to revenue planning, quota and target setting, including capacity-based quota analysis and quarterly target updates
  • Investigate complex business questions, determining the right data, methodology, and level of analysis to produce decision-ready answers
  • Build internal tools using AI-assisted development, balancing speed with accuracy, maintainability, and security
  • Architect solutions by translating business problems into requirements and driving execution with partner teams (Business Systems, Data Engineering, etc.)

Qualifications

  • At least five years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Go-to-Market Analytics, or Business Operations
  • SQL fluency and comfort handling large datasets
  • A systems mindset with scalable solution design
  • Fluency with modern AI tools to accelerate analysis and development
  • Strong analytical instincts and business judgement
  • Executive-ready communication skills for presenting analyses to senior leadership
  • Experience supporting forecasting, revenue planning, quota planning, or executive reporting
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce data (reports, objects, data structures)
  • Experience building reporting and dashboards with BI tools such as Tableau
  • Nice to have: Python or other GTM tooling (e.g., Clay)
