About the role

Nash is hiring an Enterprise Solutions Consultant for ANZ to own technical discovery, launch implementations, manage account relationships, and feed product roadmap for a small set of enterprise accounts in Australia and New Zealand. The role blends solutions consulting, implementation, and customer success within a high-visibility, non-quota-bearing customer-facing position.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery and design for enterprise deals, including engaging with engineering and operations teams, defining integration approaches, configuring demonstrations and pilots, and resolving architecture, data, and scale questions before contract.
  • Own launches from signature to steady state: requirements, configuration, integration, cutover, operator training, go-live, and stabilization; coordinate across customer stakeholders and Nash teams to ensure delivery.
  • Manage the book: build durable relationships, run operating rhythm (business reviews, success plans, escalation paths), track adoption, delivery performance, and platform health; focus on adoption and renewal rather than pure sales quota.
  • Feed the roadmap: represent customers inside Nash, identify recurring gaps, regional vs account-specific requests, and how changes affect cost structure; translate into product requests.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, or product roles in SaaS or logistics.
  • Experience managing large, complex customer relationships with commercial outcomes (renewals, renegotiations, expansions, major implementations).
  • Technical capability to run design work: lead discovery with engineering, define integration approaches, write basic SQL, troubleshoot configurations, and escalate as needed.
  • Understanding of delivery operations and drivers of KPIs (completion rate, cost per order, ETA accuracy).
  • Strong communication skills, ability to interact with both engineering teams and C-suite executives.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and working with a lean, fast-moving team.

About Nash

Nash is the digital logistics infrastructure for commerce

Last mile is a $500B industry powering digital commerce but managed largely with self managed API integrations. Nash approaches last mile orchestration with information completeness solutions from checkout, courier management, customer engagement, and post-purchase experience. Doing this enables merchants and customers to capture immense efficiencies, drive better customer experience, reliability and business outcomes. We are working towards a mission of processing a double digit percentage of every physical last-mile transaction. We achieve this by providing top of the market modules for each step of the customer journey and leveraging the network effects from having more information that allows traditional competitors to collaborate. It’s a big mission, but we are already seeing strong market pull as we are already serving some of the largest retailers in the world like Walmart, 7-Eleven and Woolworths. Nash was founded in 2021 by Mahmoud Ghulman (2x Founder, MIT) and Aziz Alghunaim (2x Founder, 2x YC, Ex-Palantir, MIT) and has raised funding from top investors, including Y-Combinator and a16z, to build the world’s best logistics infrastructure platform. We are based in SF.
