About the role

JETSET Pilates Studio Lead responsible for driving sales and retention, delivering exceptional client experiences, supporting the studio team, and ensuring operational excellence in a part-time, on-site role at Uptown Dallas.

Responsibilities

  • Build genuine relationships with prospective and current clients to understand their goals and recommend memberships or packages
  • Communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries, intro offers, and studio visits into memberships
  • Follow up with leads and prospective members via phone, text, email, and in-person
  • Support studio sales initiatives, promotions, and events to generate leads and drive membership growth
  • Create a welcoming, personalized experience to keep members engaged and connected
  • Monitor member activity and reach out to at-risk members
  • Partner with the General Manager to achieve membership, retention, utilization, and revenue goals
  • Maintain accurate lead, sales, and member notes in studio systems
  • Greet and check-in clients, answer questions, and provide solutions that exceed expectations
  • Deliver a five-star first-visit experience and orient new clients to the studio
  • Support instructors and management to communicate schedules and studio information to clients
  • Occasionally cover shifts to demonstrate flexibility and team-orientation
  • Manage front desk, lobby, and studio cleanliness
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and process client inquiries promptly
  • Process sales, memberships, and class packages accurately
  • Maintain accurate client records in booking and CRM systems
  • Process retail sales and restock inventory
  • Support opening and closing duties and ensure policies are followed
  • Ensure a welcoming, clean environment and high-quality client experience

Qualifications

  • Experience recommending specific services or products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Passion for health, wellness, and helping others
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Previous customer service or front desk experience is preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency with technology and comfort learning new systems
