Founding Growth Marketer
About the role
Growth marketer for an AI employee company responsible for acquisition, lifecycle, website, and product launches with hands-on ownership and weekly shipping expectations.

- Run paid search and paid social, from creative and targeting through launch, testing, and performance reporting.
- Own lifecycle email across trial nurture, onboarding, and expansion. Match the message to what the customer is trying to do.
- Improve artisan.co with design and front-end partners. Build landing pages, launch pages, and experiments that improve the path from first visit to booked demo.
- Run product and feature launches across the website, email, paid channels, and launch day. Keep the work coordinated and the message clear.
- Evaluate and execute podcast, newsletter, and event sponsorships. Know what we spent, what came back, and whether to do it again.
- Build useful channel reporting and turn it into decisions. Stop weak experiments, investigate surprises, and invest more in what earns it.
Qualifications

- You have real depth in at least two of SEO/AEO, paid acquisition, and lifecycle email. You can explain campaigns you personally ran and the results they produced.

- You bring creative ideas and can turn them into clear copy, strong campaigns, and practical tests.
- You can prioritize an ambiguous backlog, communicate directly, and take responsibility when something misses the mark.

About Artisan
AI employees called Artisans, starting with an AI BDR
At Artisan, we’re building real AI employees - not copilots, not assistants, but autonomous teammates. Our first, Ava, is an AI BDR. She finds and researches leads, writes emails in customers’ tone of voice, runs outbound sequences, self-optimizes, and manages email deliverability infrastructure. She learns, adapts, and improves over time - just like a human would. Human team members use Artisan as their primary working platform, replacing a sprawling stack of sales tools, and have Artisans working alongside them. We went through Y Combinator (W24) and have raised $35M+ from top investors. We’re at $6M+ ARR, with hundreds of customers including Remote, Quora, and SumUp. We’re currently working on Ava 2.0, pushing the boundaries of what an AI employee can do. And we're hiring.
