About the role

Lead Company Operations Manager overseeing Leadership Operations for the COO Office as part of the Fivetran + dbt Labs integration, focusing on board materials, executive forums, and cross-functional program delivery to drive strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the integrated calendar of executive forums, planning cycles, and decision points.
  • Improve the rhythm by identifying duplicative or low-signal cadences and proposing changes.
  • Ensure each forum has a clear purpose, owner, input set, and decision output; avoid collisions or duplication.
  • Own end-to-end preparation of board materials, including storyline, data alignment with Finance and department leaders, and ELT review cycles.
  • Maintain a reliable source of truth for board and executive reporting metrics ensuring reconciliation across Finance, GTM, and Product.
  • Synthesize executive inputs into a single, decision-ready artifact (doc, model, or deck).
  • Partner with the COO's Executive Assistant for scheduling and logistics alignment with content.
  • Help run the quarterly ELT Strategy Days: topic selection, agendas, pre-reads, facilitation materials, and capture of decisions with owners and dates.
  • Shape Strategy Days around business priorities and drive decisions and actions to completion.
  • Close the loop between Strategy Days and weekly ELT meetings by tracking decisions and items.
  • Remove blockers, escalate when necessary, and demonstrate measurable outcomes from cadences.
  • Lead and facilitate recurring engagement with the SLT (VPs and above) to align on happenings across the business.
  • Take on ambiguous cross-functional initiatives (roughly 20% of capacity) from framing to delivery with clear charters.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in program management, business operations, strategy, or chief of staff roles supporting stakeholders up to senior executives.
