About the role

Senior Manager, Product Design leading the Admin & Enterprise Platform at Harvey, responsible for strategy, execution, and system-level design across Admin and Enterprise Platform to enable faster rollout, wider adoption, and ROI demonstration for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

  • - Drive strategy and execution for the Admin & Enterprise platforms in close partnership with Product and Engineering, rooted in how champions actually run Harvey inside their firms.
  • - Work directly with customers, research, and usage data to identify where champions lose time or confidence, and design workflow configuration, knowledge management, and visibility experiences to fix it.
  • - Tie roadmap to customer outcomes: faster rollout, wider adoption, and evidence of ROI our champions can present to leadership.
  • - Build, grow, and develop a team of high-craft ICs across systems, product, and prototyping from a small starting footprint.
  • - Own org design, resourcing, and prioritization across four surfaces with different rhythms, including hard deadlines.
  • - Provide strategic, systems-level feedback on end-to-end flows, not just screens.
  • - Partner with design, product, and engineering leaders to evolve how Harvey builds, and represent Platform in high-stakes conversations with executives and customers.
  • - Establish decision-making processes in high-trust, high-stakes environments requiring clarity and accuracy.
  • - Be a foundational member of the Design leadership team and help set the operating model for the org.

Qualifications

  • - 8-10+ years in Product Design, with 5+ years directly managing product designers.
  • - Experience designing and shipping AI-powered or highly technical products.
  • - Strong portfolio showing leadership of complex products from concept through launch with clear business impact.
  • - Ideal experience building B2B enterprise products.
  • - Fluency with AI tooling in practice and informed opinions on its impact on design work.
  • - Proven experience leading design strategy and execution alongside Product and Engineering.
  • - Ability to define and ship high-quality experiences in complex, ambiguous spaces.
  • - Excellent judgment on depth vs delegation and proactive problem solving.
  • - Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders and customers.
  • - Commitment to growing people and raising craft standards across a team.
  • - Comfort in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
  • - Empathy for users and stakeholders in high-stakes professional work.
  • - Growth mindset, resilience, and bias toward learning by doing.
