About the role

Hands-on program management role leading cross-functional operational initiatives (e.g., entity formation, geographic expansion, M&A integration, and scaling internal systems) with end-to-end ownership and a focus on employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own complex, high-priority programs from initial planning through execution and handoff, including M&A initiatives spanning diligence through integration, geographic expansion and entity formation, and major operational transitions.
  • Build and drive the program plan, translating a messy objective into clear requirements, workstreams, owners, dependencies, readiness gates, and decisions; proactively surface risks, resolve blockers, and adjust the plan as facts change.
  • Connect the dots across functions. Partner deeply with People, Recruiting, Finance, Legal, Tax, IT, and other teams to understand cross-workstream impacts and ensure right involvement.
  • Build repeatable infrastructure as we scale, creating templates, SOPs, playbooks, and operating processes for future programs.
  • Drive critical decisions forward with a clear point of view, frame tradeoffs, and ensure decisions translate into execution.
  • Own program communication and change management, including executive updates and employee-facing communications.
  • Keep the employee experience at the center, ensuring operational complexity translates into a coordinated experience during high-change moments.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in fast-moving environments, including meaningful experience supporting M&A transactions and integrations across multiple stages of the lifecycle.
  • Hands-on operating style with strong bias toward action and good judgment on depth of diligence vs. execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management and judgment, ability to align specialists and senior leaders across functions without formal authority.
  • Clear, direct executive communication; ability to distill complex programs into decisions, risks, and tradeoffs for varied audiences.
  • Strong AI fluency; using AI to move faster, synthesize information, and enhance output.
