About the role

Senior Financial Analyst to grow the GTM FP&A team, responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and partnering with the business to drive decision-making and resource planning. Role involves working with executives and team leaders to evaluate, plan, execute, and measure strategic initiatives. Hybrid role based in Dublin or Cork, two days per week, reporting to management in NYC.

Responsibilities

  • Business Partnering: establish relationships with GTM partners across Sales Development, Sales Enablement, Sales Acceleration, and Sales Operations to understand drivers and ensure alignment with objectives
  • Forecasting: build and maintain detailed financial and operating models to support budgets and forecasts including headcount planning and resource optimization
  • Analyzing: conduct ad-hoc analyses and build financial models to guide leaders on operating strategies, resource allocation, and GTM investments
  • Reporting: support month-end close activities, headcount reconciliations, accrual reviews, and budget vs. actuals analysis and reporting
  • Operational Effectiveness: improve and scale business, operational, and financial processes; standardize and automate reports; optimize use of internal systems and tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree; finance, business or economics preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in FP&A, and/or analytical, critical thinking, and quantitative skills
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, Google Suite, NetSuite and Microsoft Excel, financial planning tools (Pigment preferred); SQL know-how a plus
  • Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Confidence to forge strong relationships with business partners at all levels; prior business partnering experience preferred; tech background a plus
  • Drive for results and a sense of urgency with the capacity to multitask and prioritize
  • Highly organized with rigorous attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
