About the role

Hybrid HR Shared Services role supporting the Americas region, focusing on backend transactions across General Employee Queries, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, data management, and related HR processes for India-based operations in a hybrid model (Gurugram).

Responsibilities

  • Process backend transactions related to General Employee Queries, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation and other HR departments
  • Meet relevant SLAs
  • Learn and transition processes to gain subject matter expertise
  • Adhere to critical metrics & SLAs
  • Assist in building and maintaining SOPs for Case Management
  • Deliver high quality, consistent service to internal customers and partners and follow SOPs
  • Partner in Data Management tasks like Audits, Reporting, Data Entry/Update

Qualifications

  • Experience for 3+ years in HR Operations / Shared Services in an HR Shared Services role for Americas region
  • Eye for detail and process adherence in HR Operations
  • Self-starter with intrinsic motivation for performance
  • Ability to work independently with minimal mentorship
  • Open to work in a 24x7 role
  • Agile in ambiguous environments and capable of taking charge when needed
  • Proficient with ticketing tools and proven in meeting HRSS performance parameters (e.g., case handling)
  • Detail-oriented with ability to suggest process improvements
  • Comfortable with shift 6PM-2AM
