About the role

Senior HRBP role focusing on talent strategy and people operations for a high-growth Technical Services organization. Partners with senior leaders to shape talent, drive change, manage cycles (performance, compensation, engagement, succession), and scale people processes while balancing strategic partnership with operational stewardship.

Responsibilities

  • Builds relationships with leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution
  • Adopts the culture of the organization and embodies our values and leadership principles
  • Develops a commercial understanding of the business to appropriately guide and influence leaders on their talent agenda
  • Applies expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, change management, performance management, career planning, coaching, analysis of people data, compensation (cash and equity), complex employee relations issues, learning and development, and recognition programs
  • Uses qualitative and quantitative people and business insights to anticipate risks and opportunities, frame trade-offs, and make clear, actionable recommendations that drive business and talent outcomes
  • Partners and drives results alongside other CoEs in the People Team to implement solutions that support and scale the business
  • Leads the people cycles throughout the year to include compensation reviews, performance evaluations, engagement survey action planning, talent reviews and calibrations and promotion evaluations
  • Balances strategic partnership with strong operational stewardship, ensuring core people processes and employee transactions are executed with rigor while simplifying and scaling systems and ways of working

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of HR experience creating measurable impact on a major business unit, preferably in a high-growth technology company
  • At least 5-7 years of experience as an HRBP, ideally supporting global technical GTM / Customer Support teams
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with Senior Leadership (e.g. Vice President level)
  • Solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with adaptability and flexibility
  • Ability to solve challenges and root-cause complex issues, designing and implementing cross-disciplinary solutions
  • Experience influencing decision making
  • Self-motivated and assertive with the ability to hunt down answers and drive solutions autonomously
  • Passion for making an impact and tackling challenges
  • Comfort collaborating with both employees and leadership and moving between tactical and strategic priorities
  • Willingness and ability to travel to relevant offices and leadership offsites regularly (e.g., 1-2 times/quarter)
