About the role

Organic Growth Manager at Higgsfield AI overseeing visibility across search and AI assistants, source ecosystem, and measurement/experimentation to drive sign-ups and revenue through non-media-spend channels.

Responsibilities

  • Visibility across search and AI assistants
  • The source ecosystem
  • Measurement and experimentation
  • Owns the line from visibility to sign-ups, not just rankings
  • Build systems and automations to reduce manual work
  • Move work through adjacent teams and external partners
  • Understand how Higgsfield and competitors appear across Google and across LLMs — and why
  • Map how people actually ask for products in our category, and identify the queries worth winning
  • Find gaps and weak spots including results that currently work against us
  • Shape information about Higgsfield online and how the category gets described
  • Work with content, product and external partners to publish content that improves visibility
  • Connect visibility, citations, traffic, sign-ups and revenue — measure by conversion

Qualifications

  • A measurable result you can walk us through
  • You turn data into decisions and can explain why
  • Technically curious and able to figure out new tools, systems and data on your own
  • Has built or automated something before
  • Cross-functional and partner skills to move work
  • Fluent English, comfortable working with content when needed
  • High ownership and proactive goal achievement
  • Experience in SEO, growth, analytics, content, engineering or automation (good to have)
  • Familiarity with LLM retrieval, RAG, or technical SEO (good to have)
  • Your own project/product/business built without a brief (good to have)
  • Strong understanding of the GenAI ecosystem (good to have)
