About the role

Talented and versatile 3D Modeler to join CatchBack Cards in San Francisco (on-site). Responsible for building, rigging, animating, and rendering high-quality 3D assets to shape the brand across products, marketing, and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Head Designer to define and evolve brand visual identity
  • Build accurate 3D assets using CAD modeling techniques
  • Model, texture, and rig 3D objects and characters for animation
  • Animate 3D assets for product visualization, marketing, and other deliverables
  • Build and render photorealistic scenes with lighting, materials, and composition
  • Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to bring concepts to life
  • Composite and polish final renders using Adobe After Effects and Photoshop
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, iterative environment

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with 3D modeling and CAD (Blender or Cinema 4D preferred)
  • Strong rigging and animation skills
  • Experience building and rendering realistic, high-quality 3D scenes
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop
  • Strong eye for detail, lighting, and composition
  • Ability to work efficiently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • A portfolio demonstrating relevant 3D modeling, rigging, animation, and rendering work is required
