About the role

Full-Stack Software Engineer responsible for building and scaling internal tools, services, and AI-driven infrastructure for a fast-growing startup. Own features end-to-end from architecture to production, and collaborate with product, operations, and design.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
  • Own features and systems end-to-end, from architecture to production.
  • Develop reliable backend services, APIs, and performant frontend interfaces.
  • Design and optimize databases, data models, and queries.
  • Work closely with product, operations, and design to turn ideas into working solutions.
  • Improve platform reliability, performance, and developer experience.
  • Make practical technical decisions while balancing speed, quality, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve existing systems.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js across the full stack.
  • Experience as an early member of an engineering team, helping a startup grow and scale over time.
  • A track record of building and scaling products in high-growth startup environments.
  • AI-native mindset: you actively use AI coding tools as part of daily workflow.
  • Experience taking products from idea to production and adapting systems as the business grows.
  • Solid experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
  • Experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS or similar), and modern backend architectures.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity, making decisions independently, and taking ownership of your work.
  • Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a bias toward shipping.
