About the role

Executive Assistant role supporting Helsing's leadership, with a focus on government and industry engagements, high-stakes meetings, travel arrangements, and administrative systems to enable swift internal and external response.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the point of contact between Executives and external partners/clients.
  • Organising meetings and communications between the Management Team and senior external officials (in business and government)
  • Handling correspondence to the Management Team and filtering it
  • Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
  • Handle the Management Team agenda and meetings with Helsing internal teams, help prioritise and resolve conflicts

Qualifications

  • Have prior experience working as an assistant for C-level / senior executives
  • Have a strong inclination for multitasking and task prioritisation
  • Demonstrate excellence in written and verbal communication in German and English, with a proven track record of engaging effectively with senior officials across both the private and public sectors
  • Have the ability to exercise professional judgement/discretion
