About the role

Senior AI Researcher at Recursion focused on AI-powered drug discovery, bridging virtual patient and virtual cell concepts, and advancing end-to-end applications across discovery, design, and translation within a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

  • Join a cross-functional team of scientists, engineers, and drug hunters to advance frontier research and end-to-end applications in AI-powered drug discovery across discovery, design, and translation.

Qualifications

  • PhD in ML, NLP, computer vision, or equivalent practical experience
  • Passion for real-world applications and impact
  • Strong verbal and writing communication skills
  • 3+ years of frontier AI research experience
  • Experience with large datasets and cross-functional AI projects
  • Experience in biomedicine and drug discovery a plus; willingness to learn a must!
